Analysis of Quality of Critical Thinking Skills Test Based on Item Response Theory Using R-Program

This research aims to describe the quality of critical thinking skill test fluid mechanics material in senior high schools Makassar City. The emphasis is content validity aspect, characteristics each item for One-Parameter Logistic (1PL) model, Two-Parameter (2PL) dan Three-Parameter (3PL) model. It a descriptive quantitative with subject all student responses skills at There were 726 responses. data collected online by google form and analyzed using technique. results showed that had fulfilled validity. Analysis CTS items models 1PL, 2PL, 3PL consistent, showing mostly able discriminate abilitytestees from low abilitytestees. Of three logistic model approaches used estimate parameters difficulty level, discrimination, guess factor, better than other twomodels.
